It only takes 1% to change, Can you handle it?

Everyone at some point in their life has a goal they want to make happen.Sometimes that goal seems too big to achieve, sometimes you get defeated before you even begin the process, sometimes you talk yourself out of it because your not worth it.
The truth is YOU ARE CORRECTIf you believe something isn't possible then more than likely you will never succeed at starting or completing it. The shear size of the goal of losing weight, running a marathon, or 5k might seem impossible to do when you can barely breathe when walking, or trying everything you can to lose weight and nothing seems to work. 
WELL THERE IS A WAYAll you have to do is give 1% effort over the day before to make those permanent changes! You have to BELIEVE you can make that change or goal! So lets say that if you are trying to run a marathon you first start out by walking for 30 minutes then you start to run a mile then its 2 then 3 then 4; next thing you know you are all the way up to 26.2 miles for the marathon! Could you have done it all in one day? Probably not, but adding a little bit each day or week led you to finishing the race!
If your trying to lose weight permanently start by eliminating one bad thingthat you eat everyday. If you eat three big macs a day, only eat 2, then maybe you get the small fries the next time. Then maybe don't get the Coke the time after that and then next thing you know your weight starts to change, you start feeling better, and want to make more changes! Before you know it you're at your goal weight!! Could you have done that in 30 days or less? YES, but would it last? NO! 
In order to make permanent changes you have to make an effort EVERY SINGLE DAY at only 1% over the day before. Sudden drastic change will hardly ever lead to permanent change!

    Hi! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any problems with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing a few months of hard work due to no data backup. Do you have any methods to prevent hackers?

    Hmm is anyone else encountering problems with the pictures on this blog loading? I'm trying to find out if its a problem on my end or if it's the blog. Any feed-back would be greatly appreciated.
